On the issue of computers do you still have one of your windows boxes? If so get a program called ccleaner and erase the drive then install one of the Linux versions like Ubuntu.
It has everything you need to write with and perhaps with written material post with a cheap throwaway Android tablet. The files can be put on the device with a micro SD card.
VT? Loaded with Spyware. Best to avoid the site but if I go there I use an old IPod with a Safari browser. The device is 11 years old. Old phones are also great to check out Spyware sites like VT.

I have not had time to read it but I want to warn everyone to NOT supplement monoatomic gold.
It will damage your DNA, and is used by the so called "gods" cause they have damaged DNA templates and it's the only way for them to retain their energy signature/memories, whatever you want to call it.
We human beings have our complete 12 strand DNA in tact and don't this sort of supplementation.
