My folks place has several deer that come on the property—only to be hit by a car at some point or hunted during hunting season. The fires have burned and maimed the bears and/or orphaned the cubs and paws so severely burnt they can’t walk on them and then they die. What man has done to the animal world weighs on me every day. Sorry for the fawns and their Mom’s Jack—I hope your sister can do something about this or put pressure on the assholes that took their safe crossings away…
