The question of whether she attended did not come up. U.S. universities freely disclose degrees awarded but they do not, for example, disclose a student's or graduate's grades. Do they disclose attendance? FTC.gov says this about US schools:
"Most college registrars will confirm dates of attendance and graduation, as well as degrees awarded and majors, upon request. " I had to ask Google in many ways to get my inquiry understood for U.S. schools and I felt not-at-all braced after bracing myself for the same inquiry regarding U.K. schools.. So far I have found an organization that brokers the disclsoure of university attendance and degrees for most U.K. higher learning dives. It is called H.E.D.D. (who cares what that stands for) and it has a page for the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM).
It says this for LSHTM, the place Coprophaggo says she did not earn a PhD [ I have brief thoughts to share below]:

But Coprofaggo opens the current edition of his whack-job like so, with the stalwarts of the London university tripping over one another to shout into a spittle-saturated microphone that no fucking way did that bitch earn a degree here:

That is odd. I confess that I have only read that far into the whack job and that I have to move my car lest the private towing company under contract with LAPD to tow, hide, partly dismantle and sell at auction our cars selects mine again. I haven't really found out the law in GB around disclosure of higher ed. information; I just found a way of doing it that looks official, requires a written request and the written permission, with signature, of the subject student or graduate. [...] I have more to relate after an additional ten minutes' searching but I don't have the answer. Based on what other UK schools state about their policies, it would be irregular to obtain attendance or degree information for the asking, or to obtain it by phone under the initiative of the discloser, as three informants reportedly claim to have done in the Poornima Wagh slammeroo under discussion.

Concerning the menstruation problems. Same with friends of mine but only during the vaccination period. Now it's back to normal again.
