Not sure what all you've been going through Jack, but I'm glad you're doing better. I've been out the last two months with what appears to be a sinus infection last week of a move from a toxic family member. Never had sinus issues since an ear infection as a kid but I chalked it up to stress, anxiety, weather/season changes and dust. One day woke up for a smoke feeling fine. Came back in and couldn't shake the cold and within 2 hours had a fever 2 degrees above normal. The energy zap and speed actually surprised me and had me a little worried especially since I've been hammering upping my vitamins and minerals consistently the last 3 years feeling better than I ever had. Busting 50 grams of oral vitamin c in hourly doses of 4-8 grams knocked the fever out completely when I woke up but then came the ear infection lasting two more weeks and after new years came back with a vengeance.

My recommendation for anyone that is coming down with something is to always have ascorbic acid powder on had an jump straight to 8 grams an hour until you feel better or pee out your ass then slow down on the dose size and frequency. Plenty of books on the subject by Thomas Levy and Andrew Saul who just made the knowledge of 70-80 years more widely available.

Since Niacin/Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) are very closely linked with high dose vitamin c therapy it makes sense how nicotine interferes in toxins. Niacin is actually called Nicotinic Acid which if I remember correctly very closely resembled the Nicotine molecule. So much so it's name originates from it and to not confuse a vitamin with addictive nicotine they changed the name from Nicotinic Acid to Niacin. So maybe nicotine converts to Niacin somehow in the body or perhaps nicotinic Acid converts to nicotine or some shared benefit being so closely resembling one another. The same way Iodine (which our body needs) has been replaced by neurotoxin bromide and fluoride that bond to iodine receptors but do fuck all for the cell other than cock block needed iodine which a deficiency of it and selenium are the root of all thyroid issues.

Anyways I'm rambling and stay frosty out there comrades.
